Vonage support sucks

I prefer to speak to people that know the English language fairly well. That is the primary use of communication in the USA (Vonage is a USA based company). I know my English is bad, but at least I can communicate.

F them. I spent two (plus) hours on a problem I fixed myself by purchasing a new power adapter. Spoke to 5 people going through the same steps.

-rebooting
-changing phones
-changing RJ11 cables
-change from port one to port two or back
-then they say they need to transfer me to someone else
(they try and sell me a second line at this point)
-wait 10 minutes on hold for another moron

I will keep them for now because they are cheap. When they go out of business I will laugh. I am going to keep my eyes on other services.
