[begin whine]After 10 calls and 3 email messages from them, I am concerned that they will shut down my site with no notification again. Terrible communication. I would have to say one of the worst support I have ever received. My site is mirrored in a lot of places, but my e-mail is critical. I looked again at my records, and I have been paying these people for 9 years now with multiple domains. This is how they treat a long term, faithful, customer.
I have no major problem with overseas support. But terrible attitudes and horrible accents is just not right for a good consumer. Especially when none of this was my fault.[/end whine]
