As I type this, I am missing a huge party. I have the worst cold ever, it seems I am always sick this time of year. I am stuck on the couch watching crappy sci-fi movies. And Drama's only make me feel worse. And the Weather is beautiful! This sucks.

Hungover Day

After I win mayor for the town of Barnstable in the year 2010, I am going to create a new day of the week. It will be a day between Sunday and Monday. It will be called "Hungover day". Sunday, Hungoverday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Only 46 weeks in the year! And lets get rid of November, that month sucks. Only thing good that month is turkey day and hunting.

Anyways, on this day, if you are hung over; you can take the day off from work! This alone will guarantee votes from all Football fans.

As I look around the office, every other person here is hung over, or not here.

In 2004, history professor Naomi Oreskes performed a survey of research papers on climate change. Examining peer-reviewed papers published on the ISI Web of Science database from 1993 to 2003, she found a majority supported the "consensus view," defined as humans were having at least some effect on global climate change. Oreskes' work has been repeatedly cited, but as some of its data is now nearly 15 years old, its conclusions are becoming somewhat dated.

Medical researcher Dr. Klaus-Martin Schulte recently updated this research. Using the same database and search terms as Oreskes, he examined all papers published from 2004 to February 2007. The results have been submitted to the journal Energy and Environment, of which DailyTech has obtained a pre-publication copy. The figures are surprising.

Of 528 total papers on climate change, only 38 (7%) gave an explicit endorsement of the consensus. If one considers "implicit" endorsement (accepting the consensus without explicit statement), the figure rises to 45%. However, while only 32 papers (6%) reject the consensus outright, the largest category (48%) are neutral papers, refusing to either accept or reject the hypothesis. This is no "consensus."

James Randi said it best. "Scientists don't always think rationally and in a direct fashion. They're human beings like anyone else. They can fool themselves."

So, less then half of the published scientists believe in global warming. I bet you they also believe in Homeopathy and the Easter Bunny.

I am going to put on some big presentation tomorrow. Maybe I should substitute it with this report.

Phil Spector

My wife thinks that Phil Spector is going to jail. I wish that was true, but he will walk free. I am 99% sure of this. This guy is always in the right place at the right time.

You may think he did allot for music, but I beg to differ. All the music he "wrote" he actually "co-wrote". The wall of sound has been criticized by many artists. Why? Because it was for money. He was a producer, and that's it. He bought artists and sold artists. Those damn hippies had no idea what the fuck was going on at the time. They were busy doing drugs while Spector was taking their money to the bank.

Allen Klein from ABKCO was Spectors buddy. ABKCO likes suing musicians and put original recordings into vaults. I love the fact that for 20 some odd years ABKCO locked away classic cult movies out of spite. These guys were the team from music hell.

Don't believe me? Look at The Concert for Bangladesh, where did the funds finally go? Look at "Beware of ABKCO", what does that mean? Ask Harrison and McCartney. What about groups like The Verve or The Ramones? What did Spector do to them? A little research will find you the answer.

Spector was just at the right place at the right time. And he will get away. Just look at his Hollywood Hills peers.

Michael Jackson; he did not molest that child after getting him drunk. The kids mother committed welfare fraud in the past. The kid must of been lying.

OJ; did not murder those two people in cold blood. That Furman cop was a racist, he said the N word once. So he must of planted that blood in OJ's car.

Blake; after the heated argument with his wife in a restaurant, that led to his car, he thought "I forgot my hand gun." So he went back to the restaurant to get it. When he came back, someone else had shot her. True story, just ask his body guard who was there.

Spector; after meeting Lana a few hours ago, he took her to his castle mansion. She would not put out like the slut she should of been. So she went into his gun safe, grabbed his shotgun, and shot herself on his couch.
