Portal the Video Game

I just finished Portal by Valve. I did it in a little over three hours. Not sure it was worth 20 bucks, but it was great fun. Please understand that this is not a new idea! This idea is over 10 years old, and first put into action by Apogee and 3DRealms.

Infinite MHz had the first exclusive press coverage in 1997 on Portal technology. This was in the game "Prey". Look at 6:15.

They later made large improvements by 1998. Look at 2:50. They now had dynamic portals.

As you see the great Paul Schuytema was the project leader at the time.

Maybe the programmer William Scarboro (R.I.P) may the person that really deserves credit! Please comment!

Oh boy, did I almost got fucked real hard today. I dodged many bullets and find myself in incredible debt each day. It only gets worse. Did you know a heater core cost up to $800 to install?

My biggest regret is not taking the Iraq job. The only reason I did not take it was because of others, and some of those others are either in major debt to me so they will keep on fucking away. Well the Iraq gig is over, and I decided to do something for myself. Johnny Walker Green and a Glock 27; about $500 worth of product here. Both pack a good punch. I am just a sinner!

"Nice guys finish last." I have no idea who said that, but what a genius. Well no more mister nice guy.

Society has taught me five things

I have been manic lately. Like the homeless man fighting the invisible man, I have been talking to (out loud) myself and something keeps coming up. Society has taught me five things. What are those five things though....

Another thing I keep mumbling over and over is my net worth, and the chance I hit the lottery. I figure if I was up $125,637.85 I would be even today. Reminds me of the Gary Owen.

Main US Military Base Near Baghdad Attacked
By VOA News
11 October 2007

U.S. military officials in Iraq say two coalition soldiers have been killed in an attack on a major military base near Baghdad.

A statement Thursday says the attack occurred Wednesday at Camp Victory, located near the Baghdad airport. Nearly 40 other people were wounded, including two "third country" nationals.

The nationalities of the victims have not been released.

A rocket attack on Camp Victory last month killed one person and wounded 11 others. U.S. military officials say an Iranian-made rocket was used in the attack.

In other news, suspected al-Qaida terrorists killed six people in northern Iraq Wednesday in two separate bombings, including a car bombing at the offices of a key Kurdish political party in Ninevah province.

Friderika Bayer's Birthday

Egykor a vétkeimről énekeltem, de ma már a terhektől való szabadság örömével szívom tele a tüdőmet, az Élet jó illatával... She is 36 today. Makes me Hungary. Get it? Tizennégy évesen határoztam el komolyan, hogy énekelni szeretnék. Édesanyám (aki egyszer szintén énekesnek készült), elvitt a volt hangképző tanárnőjéhez, Hajdú Annához. Anna néni, mikor meghallgatott, ingyen is vállalta tanításomat.

I was greeted today by a computer. The phrase "Expiring Licenses do not exist." What the fuck does that mean? Some app called API labor works generates this double negative. Hey great program, its just the assholes that implement it. Double negatives are rampant in my life. Its due to my own poor choices. Let me tell you and example. Back in 2002 or 2003 I was driving down Scudder Avenue while talking on the phone and smoking a cigarette. I was ignorant of the crosswalk but did stop at the last moment to finish letting this group of people cross. When I looked at the surprised couple walking across the street, it was the real Hall and Oats going to the Melody tent. Too bad I got to my senses. If I ran over and killed them fucks I would of set the development of music ahead about 50 years.

And speaking of negative Homo's. I was on this soft shelled clams site and saw this counter. Problem, its not a high enough number. More Iraqi people DO have to die to get the point! THE USA OWNZ YOU! Try and stop us mother fuckers. These campigns do nothing. But you feel good when you click the link. It may even be an egotistacal feeling, that your better and you care more because you clicked on the image. Oh, and my car runs on the blood of Iraqi children. Not vegtable oil.

No CockSucking Final

In Deadwood, season one was awesome. Season two and three was like watching days of our lives with cursing. Never seen a show go downhill so quick.

However, a final movie would of been cool. I would of love to seen everybody die. Just keep hitting that fast forward to avoid Molly Parker whimpering all the time. Oh well, RIP Deadwood.

Invisible Man Vs The Bum

My old man said this is because of Reagan cancelled free mental care in the US. I think he's really fighting an invisible man.
